Loren Tamas has worked with nonprofits since they began as a program intern at Big Brothers Big Sisters Metro Atlanta. While at BBBS, he became the sole Salesforce administrator for their agency. Through that admin work, Loren saw other Big Brothers Big Sisters affiliates struggling to manage their Salesforce databases and integrations and began to offer advice and virtual help sessions. This launched Loren into being a key resource for the nationwide BBBS network, giving over 500 hours of free assistance to staff across the country. This has given Loren a broad perspective on ways to manage Salesforce and assist staff utilization from a three-person org up to hundreds of employees.

Javier Davila is a Certified Scrum Master that has worked in the nonprofit sector with a background in HR, IT and Project Management. Javier first met Loren when working together at Big Brothers Big Sisters, and quickly became passionate about the Matchforce system, and learned everything he could about Salesforce. He took the knowledge learned there and became Salesforce admin at his next nonprofit, where he spearheaded his first system overhaul. Combining the approach to people he learned in HR and the approach to tech from his time in IT, he has developed strategies for implementation success he is passionate about sharing with other nonprofits as they utilize Salesforce to do great work.
